If you ask someone today what "Hardcore" music is, more than likely they will say it is a very fast type of Techno with a high BPM (Beats per Minute) rate.

Originally, Hardcore was a derivation of Punkrock...The difference being that Hardcore was faster, musically tighter and often more complex. Hardcore often still held the social and political commentary that came from Punkrock. If one had to define 76% Uncertain, I guess you'd call us a hardcore band.
